Management Science is a scholarly journal that publishes scientific research into the problems, interests and concerns of managers. Priority is given to papers that reveal novel concepts of broad interest to the management research community. Our scope includes articles that address management issues with tools from traditional fields such as operations research, mathematics, statistics, industrial engineering, psychology, sociology and political science, as well as cross-functional, multidisciplinary research that reflects the diversity of the management science professions.


NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS

» Management Science Gets a New Editor.  Gerard Cachon of the Wharton School of Management has been named as the 9th Editor-in-Chief of Management Science.  He will take over on January 1, 2009 when current editor, Wallace Hopp, completes his six-year term.  The Management Science community can look forward to continued excellence and new innovations under Gerard's capable leadership.
